Double helix connector for repair

Post by niceshoes6 » June 12th, 2023, 5:17 pm

Anyone use those threaded double helix connectors for sprinkler repair? Seems like the threads on both sides are in the same direction and it doesnt pull in both sides like the label says.

Most sprinklers I’ve repaired use polypipe, with very little pvc near valves. In those cases, barbed connectors are the norm when repairing the polypipe.
