A few of my smokes on the Big Green Egg this weekend.

Pork tenderloin and home made scalloped potatoes.

Pork ribs with brussels sprouts done on the cast iron pan.

My favorite was the scalloped potatoes. Told the wife multiple times to make sure she knew we needed to make them again!

Looking good, I'm jealous as closest I've come to smoking this season is moving my smoker from shed to Patio

Today would Hv been a good day since it was actually sunny with very little wind for first time in few weeks but was busy with other activities around the yard

That's the great thing about smoking, especially on the BGE, that you can set it and forget it while you work on the lawn!

Looks good Eric. How do you usually serve the pork belly?

I have my second round of pork belly curing right now to make bacon.

Honestly, pork belly I usually do it hot and fast.

But when I was on vacation, I tried this burger place that served a pork belly in a chinese bun. Something like this - http://steamykitchen.com/22252-pork-bel ... ecipe.html So I smoked the pork belly w/ the ribs and tried it this weekend. It came out pretty good. But next time I will foil the pork belly towards the end to make it more tender.
