Cooking 110 chicken halves today

Post by Pway » July 23rd, 2016, 9:02 am

We have our annual chicken BBQ at our local swim club--110 halves, 150 ears of corn, 100 degree temps! Gonna be hot, but fun!

Okay, really stupid question. Back shortly after planet earth was formed and I was a youngster i developed an inability to post pictures. I have a photo from my phone and just opened an Broken image account and I can see the photo on Broken image but I can't attach it. Anyone up for teaching an old dog a new trick? Thanks

I think I have the link above but couldn't figure out how to use HTML so it would open automatically. Anyway, hope it works.

I prefer to use the postimage.org plugin on this site via the 'Add image to post' link in the 'post a reply' full editor. It's very convenient, and does not require an account.

Image

A popup opens, then you click on "Choose images".

Browse to/select the photo you want to add, and it automatically uploads/adds the necessary code to your post. The process is essentially the same from a smartphone. On the iPhone, it allows you to browse to your Photo Library.

Here you go. You want to copy the image address and use the Image

It was fun but really hot. The halves were larger than I like to cook so it was a constant juggle moving pieces and racks around. Real good time but it beat me up some.

Thanks so much Ware. I'll try the service you mention next time. So if I'm doing this from an iPad do I literally type all the characters of the image code or try to cut and paste or doesn't it matter. You're helping move into a new era (for me anyway), thanks!
