3 to 4 pound Brisket, Chuck, or Round (butt) Roast
1 Envelope of Italian Season Dressing mix
1-16oz Jar Mezzetta Sliced Pepperoncini Greek Peppers with liquid

Directions:

Place into a crock pot and cook on low till fork tender and falls apart. About 6 to 8 hours.
Remove meat from liquid, shred and serve on toasted hoagie buns with your favorite cheese like Provolone or my favorite Kaskaval (Romano sheep cheese).

Use the Au Jus (cooking liquid) to dip sandwich in to.
