What are your 2015 Hardscape Projects

Glad you started this as I was thinking of doing the same! I plan to put in a retaining wall off the back of my patio. There is a decent slope up to the end of my lot that does not really allow me to utilize the space. So I hope to put a half moon retaining wall around the "pie/pizza" shaped piece of land so I then can build a patio/fire pit area.

I'm trying to decide between tearing down my existing 14x12 deck and put in an extension of my paver patio that abuts the deck area. Or convert the deck from PT to Trex (or its equivalent). If I tear down the deck I have a length or two of siding that would need to be filled in and I know I will not like 16yrs of faded siding with two new ones.
