Drought Damaged Lawn

Post by JBurnaBTNh » April 28th, 2017, 2:34 pm

Hi All,

My lawn was hammered last year with the lack of rain and I have patches similar to this all throughout.

Will this recover itself? I did aerate, overseed and lime last fall, but I have the feeling it is going to need more work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You blocked yourself from getting a reliable answer when you put "I don't know" in for the Grass Type. KBG could recover from that with some serious TLC, but TTTF or PR -- not so much.

What height do you cut the lawn at? That appears very short...

Did it look damaged before it snowed?
