Dallis grass. It is hard to get rid of dallis grass when it is mixed in with other grasses. Grass killers will kill it all including the fescue and bermuda. The dallis, being a coarser type of grass, will provide just enough shade to weaken the finer bladed grasses, so it's a problem. Certainly hand pulling will work.
Bermuda is usually considered to be a weed in a fescue turf. Do you have a preference to one or the other? The correct answer is, "yes," and you prefer bermuda, because it will out perform fescue over the long haul. But do you have a preference? Also your area is too warm for fescue.

Re: Grass weed ID and control help.
I've been hand pulling. Takes time and messes up the grass around it. The Bermuda recovers well but I have a maple tree shading most of the front yard that won't permit Bermuda growth. I like the softness of fescue but I don't know if it'll survive this summer. Thanks for your help.

St Augustine would be much preferred to fescue. Watch the fescue toward late July and August.
