Suppressing Bermuda
So I've looked up some instructions on suppressing Bermuda. I recently replugged Zoysia into certain spots in the lawn and have some Bermuda patches. I thought it might be easier to nail these down while they are still smallish.
The application I keep seeing is Acclaim mixed with Turflon Ester. Turflon Ester has Triclopyr in it.
So my question is do I need to worry about handling concentrations of Triclopyr? I already applied Ortho Clover Chickweed Oxalis which also has Tripoclyr. I applied the CCO once as a broadcast application, and the second time as a targeted spray. Apparently the Acclaim is much more effective when tank mixed with Turflon.

Re: Suppressing Bermuda
Thanks Andy.
So the Acclaim and Turflon Ester is on the way. Would someone please check my math.
The turf article I read suggested 28 fluid ounces of each per acre. The acclaim bottle suggests 20 fluid ounces per acre at .46 ounces / gallon for 1000 square feet. I was leaning more on the conservative side since I’m getting my spray patterns down. Additionally I’ll be using Surfactant and blue marker dye.
Thanks.
