Need help!

Post by Gnarly77 » August 6th, 2019, 10:27 pm

I am new to this forum, so I hope I’m at the right place.
My lawn is in its third year currently. I have irrigation and for the most part the lawn is doing well. But I have a few patches of what appears to be dead spots. From the road they look like large black spots.
The soil was pretty Barron before I planted. A few weeds and some small pine trees. I fertilize twice per year.
Can anyone help me identify the problem and a solution???

Explain the three pictures better, to give us some context.
