My cooperative lets me fill up a few buckets of urea for nothing since the bins will be emptied soon after the fall. The other one charged me 5$ a bucket (about 35lbs) in 2017.

Re: Fall Nitrogen Regimens
SiteOne near me has it for $36 a bag... so better than the garden center at $50. Not quite Feed Mill prices but I also don't want to drive all the way to a Feed Mill.

A place called Kelly Seed and Hardware in Peoria, IL. It's like an old time garden center. It has been there since 1905. It's more of a garden and seed store more than a hardware store. I got 2 bags of urea and came to $52 and some change.

Re: Fall Nitrogen Regimens
I have patches that were seeded in the last 3 weeks. Any harm in doing the Fall Nitrogen Regimen over them? (Urea)

Re: Fall Nitrogen Regimens
I would recommend checking local co-ops. I called one near me to see if they had the food grade. They did not, however he told me they had a pile of urea left and I could have all I wanted. The farmers are done with it and it won't over winter in their storage barn. Once the farmers are done using it they write off what is left and he said he can't sell it anyway. Myself and a couple friends were able to get about 700 pounds, at no cost.
