Also, just a note for anyone looking to price match at HD, reading their price match policy it looks like they will not price match "online offers". It looks like Lowes does not have that same stipulation.

Re: Milorganite sale
I've always had bad luck with milorganite at Home Depot. Broken, leaking bags.

Last year I brought an expired online ad to Lowes and they matched the price, they didn't even ask any questions.

it all depends on who you get at the counter, sometimes you win the lottery and other times you get the person who didnt have any friends in high school and is now on a power tripseiyafan wrote:Last year I brought an expired online ad to Lowes and they matched the price, they didn't even ask any questions.

Yeah, I tried and failed at Home Depot.bauer time wrote:Also, just a note for anyone looking to price match at HD, reading their price match policy it looks like they will not price match "online offers". It looks like Lowes does not have that same stipulation.
I guess I can try Lowes.
Wonder if Wal-Mart, HD or Lowe's online site will price match and ship to store?

Re: Milorganite sale
You are absolutely right! I just tried Lowes with the True Value coupon and they said no we don't match online offer.Tsmith wrote:it all depends on who you get at the counter, sometimes you win the lottery and other times you get the person who didnt have any friends in high school and is now on a power tripseiyafan wrote:Last year I brought an expired online ad to Lowes and they matched the price, they didn't even ask any questions.

This will be my first time using Milorganite...how long does it take for the um, aroma, to dissipate after it's spread and watered in?!

Re: Milorganite sale
Up until last year I've never used it. My first bag rate application was pretty funky for a day or so. After that first application it wasn't really that noticeable on successive applications.

Re: Milorganite sale
Well, "Ship-to-Store" is no longer available on the website. And all the stores near me that have them in stock are selling at $13.99, so it's basically dead for me.KSUDVM wrote:I was hoping that was an April Fools joke, unfortunately it's not.seiyafan wrote:wow the deal is now dead.
Update: One store actually called me back and said they double checked their computer and were able to give me the sales price, woot!
