How is this? I've seen it but never tried.

I'm around Middletown often for business, where do you pick yours up? Price?

When I go to the website it still shows as $6.99 you just can't add it to the cart. If they get more in stock it may be at that price. Guess you'll just have to keep checking. I can't believe I didn't procrastinate on this one.....I would've missed it.

It's basically the same thing, OceanGro bags are now 45Lbs (used to be 50) Milo bags are 36Lbs but have more iron

Milorganite
Total Nitrogen (N) 5.0%
Available Phosphate (P) 2.0%
Potash (K-typically is about 0.5%) 0.0%
Iron (Fe) 4.0%

Oceangro
Total Nitrogen (N) 5.00%
Available Phosphate (P) 5.00%
Potash (K-typically is about 0.5%) 0.0%
Total Iron (Fe) 2.50%

Milo has more Iron, Oceangro has more P.

For the month of April, price is $6.99.. regular price is $8.99 I believe.

And what does this do for you if they don't have any in stock to meet your order and that's the reason why they removed the add to cart feature?

Hopefully they fulfill their orders in order received so those who ordered while the add the cart feature was available don't get screwed

Just talked to my local store, the one where I had the online order I placed yesterday shipped. He said he would look it up on his computer and see if he could sell it for the online price since it was no longer available to order on the site. Then he said "Whoa". I guess his cost is a bit higher! Anyway, he did say he would make a call on Monday to see if he could get me the online price at his store. Better than a "No". Worst case I'll try the HD price match. Serves me right for being greedy. I tried to do two separate transactions of 11 bags each in an effort to get the $10 off $75 online discount on both orders. Lesson learned!

I just called my local store , gave them the item number, and they said the price was $6.99...they had one bag in stock, but offered me a rain check, to be picked up in the store....I said I would take 20 bags and he said call back weds night...

I was not able to add the item to my cart online....I did not ask about the $ 10 discount....

Who is better for price match...HD or Lowes?

I tried an HD store today, but found they don't stock it. It seemed like there were some hoops to go through for price matching at HD.

Try Lowes. HD doesn't price match online only sales.

Thanks. Too far away and not enough time. I'm giving up and will either go to SiteOne who has it for a bit less than the normal price (if they ever get any in this Spring), or I'll go to Ace and use coupons. My normal price is $14 per bag here at Ace. At least I was able to get the 41% glyphosate I wanted at HD today, for painting stubborn weeds.

Just got back from Lowes - they priced matched 8 bags without questioning, along with extra 10%!

Gonna try it and if I can stand the small, go back for more :D

Visited my three favorite True Value stores near me and cleared all of their shelves of Vitamin M. They were still $6.99 but two of the three stores would not offer a rain check.
