Maybe the neighbor was wondering why the roundup didn't instantly cause the weed to shrivel like in the commercials so kept spraying

You have to wonder how he was able to read and interpret the application rates, but couldn't read the targeted vegetation.

There is a guy on youtube teaching people to do this. He has a nice lush green lawn so people thinks he knows what to do..
