Sprayed my Bermuda suppression cocktail in the back yard (Acclaim extra + triclopyr + Tenacity). Cut down the diseased magnolia in the front yard. Now I just need to decide what will replace it.

Yesterday: string trimmed in back.
Today: Trimmed shrubs, and hand watered hell strip areas.
Got a neighbor hooked up with some Tenacity mix to try in his sprayer.
Got 0.2 inches of rain last night. Every bit helps.

I'll be adjusting some sprinkler zones tonight. The back corner has too high of pressure and blew out the nozzles so I need to replace them.

Re: 2017: What did you do on your lawn today?
Watered hell strip area 5 min x5 with irrigation system every hour from 7AM to 10AM, and again at 2:30PM, and then hand-watered around 6PM.
Still watering overseed area on upper back every 6 hours for 5 minutes.
Blanket sprayed side and affected part of main front for Triv at full rate again. I think this will be the last blanket spray for the front, where there was just a little bit of residual left, but probably not for the side, which I think will need one more spray. I'm starting to get into dangerously late territory for a KBG overseed of the side.

Re: 2017: What did you do on your lawn today?
I've been recovering from some damage in the yard, and it's coming along nicely. Goal is to get it going strongly so I can start post-emergent herbicide usage again to hit clover and some sedge grass. Frequent irrigation and light fertilization have really perked it up. Not sure what all caused it, but methinks it was the combination of newer turf, clay soil, a long dry stretch without enough irrigation, and pre-emergent applied right before the dry stretch putting stress on the roots, and blades that needed sharpened. Looking much better now that I've had time to work on those things. This KBG lawn is so much thirstier than the mix I had out here.

Weeds seem to be all dead or dying. No notable turf injury except some mild bleaching from the Tenacity.

Mowed the lawn. I think the lawn is in the perk- up stage; growing like crazy with great color.

Re: 2017: What did you do on your lawn today?
I've been somewhat absent on the forum this season but I've kept up with my soil amendments on 2 yards.
Mowed, TSP, Milorganite on parents yard. I might have broken a rule, but I've done it before. Their yard looks amazing... Monthly Bermuda killing cocktail goes down in a few days.
TSP and Milorganite on my yard. Hopefully it will rain tonight and dry out before tomorrow so I can mow tomorrow.
