I'm back, what do I do now?

Hi Everyone,

After more than two years, I'm back and looking for help. My wife was unemployed & underemployed so there was really no money for the lawn. It occasionally got a shot of Milogranite but no where near the recommended amounts.
I;ve been fighting lots of weeds but with a couple of gallons of 2 4-D and left over Tenacity, the yard wasn't too bad.

Two weeks ago, I put down Lesco's 19-0-7 Dimension Crabgrass Preventer from HD. This weekend I'm planning on putting down Milo.

Any advice to help me get the lawn back into shape?
