Browning grass blades

While mowing this evening, began to notice that a good amount of my front lawn is browning, turning yellow.

I pulled an individual blade to show the color. Couldn't get my phone to focus on the blade.

A little background on the lawn. It is 3 years old and that is the age of the house. Lawn is what I would call a northern blend, and I have over seeded in the past with TTTF. Last summer I had some problems out front when the heat of summer hit. Rust, and a more pinkish kind of Webby condition that I think may have been Red Thread, but not real sure. It really put a hurten on the turf and it did not look good for the majority of the summer.

Treatments to the lawn include pre-m in the springtime, about 4 Milo apps per year, and the less aggressive fall N program. I do not typically irrigate and allow the lawn to go dormant during the heat of the summer.

As we speak Logan labs is testing the soil and will have those results Monday.

Not sure what other info to give. Not sure if I am dealing with a fungus, disease, nutritional deficiency, etc? Thanks for any help.
