First time lawn owner and poster here... any ideas on what this light green weed is? Poa Annua maybe?

Did it have little white flowers? It looks like chickweed that is on its last leg from being sprayed with something already.

Thanks! No little white flowers, at least none that I noticed. I've sprayed with 24d and Triclopyr. I think it's dying, just not quickly enough. :-)
