Seed down is tomorrow and I just wanted to double check my math...
Say, I have about 1,000sf to spray with tenacity. I want to spray the 4oz rate which is 0.55tsp/gal/k.
The only thing is I tested my sprayer through my Serenade apps and just plain water, and it usually takes me 1.5 gallons to spray my yard. That number comes up every time I spray.
So if I mix the 0.55tsp in 1.5 gallons instead of the 1 gallon, and make sure I cover the yard with exactly 1.5 gallons. Will I essentially be putting the same 4oz rate of Tenacity over the same area, just a bit more diluted and customized for my sprayer?
Not sure if the above is right, I am finding it hard to spray the yard with one (1) gallon, I know about 1.5 gallons works out almost every time.
Quick Tenacity Rate check....

More water is probably better anyways.

+1 I'm finding out that 1.5 - 2.0 gal/k gives me much better responses in my spray applications.HoosierLawnGnome wrote: ↑August 15th, 2017, 11:55 amYes.Will I essentially be putting the same 4oz rate of Tenacity over the same area, just a bit more diluted and customized for my sprayer?
