Wetting agent and fert same time?

Would there be any reason I should not apply a wetting agent (Scotts EveryDrop to be specific) at the same time as an organic fertilizer or grains?

I applied a half rate of Tricure granular along with Starter with Meso, Milorganite, and seed, when I overseeded this past September. I had no issues using that specific combination.

Scotts puts a wetting agent in with one of their synthetic fertilizer products, so I doubt you'd have an issue with organics.
