Fungus ID and suggestions...

Sorry if these pictures don't automatically come up, I post them with the "add image to post button", but for some reason they don't preview in the message only show the links to the website they are uploaded to.
I have a shaded area that I reno'd last fall with SSS shade mix, which is Fine fescue, creeping red fescue, and bewitched. I have been fertilizing it with BSF every other week, watering it 1/2" twice a week, and cutting it about 3". I have applied serenade about three times every other week.
It seems to be growing better, but one area is brownish....

Its only a small patch so far, any suggestions?
