Price Check, Isle 4?

Post by PSU4ME » July 7th, 2018, 10:22 pm

So I’m looking to get the supplies now for next years proactive biofungicide program (shelf like if kept out of extrene temps is ok).

I picked up companion for $117 for a gallon for SSFPP

I get serenade for $96 plus shipping for a 2.5 gallon jug

And for my last one, I was looking for tko phosphite and I saw some pretty big swings for this so I wanted to see if this one is too good to be true.

It’s $50 plus $35 shipping for 2.5g..... that seems like a steal, what do you think?

If anyone knows cheaper places I’m all ears..... 24k sqft on this program isn’t cheap!

Thanks

I bought TKO Phosphite 2 years ago on Amazon.com for ~$140 with Prime. The local distributor wanted $125 but refused to sell to a homeowner. $85 delivered seems like a great price.

The Serenade price is the same as I have paid the last 2 years.

I was able to pick up some 6-24-24 from two different local golf & lawn supply stores in Iowa. It is a granular 50lb bag. On average they were $17-20 per bag. I have almost 24k too. ECgrow is the manufacture but they don't have it on their site for some reason.

Thanks! Yes I think it’s a great price too and could t find anything different other than the packaging is blue instead of the free/yellow/orange..... especially for 2 gallons of it.

I may give it a whirl unless anyone objects

Eh? You're comparing apples to oranges, or more specifically phosphates to phosphites. Yes, phosphate fertilizer is cheap, but this liquid phosphite product is expensive. It is used by some members to control pythium blight, not as a fertilizer.

Whoops, missed the first sentence. Thanks for correcting TimmyG.
