I didn't want to be the first one to post to your thread (I seem to post often enough!), but I'd hate to see this thread get buried and forgotten - we haven't had one like it in a long time. Nice looking lawns everybody! New house did a Reno with perennial rye seed down in back on may 13th and 20th in the front

Thanks! My plan was to do a fall kbg reno but the fiancée had other plans..
really happy with the prg though.

All of these lawns cleanly make it to the cherished "does not suck" category (except mine - I can find 500 things wrong with it, but that's what this hobby is about, isn't it).
