FAS low temp limit?

FAS low temp limit?
Is there a time or temp in the fall where it becomes too late or a no-go to apply FAS?

Below freezing it'd definitely be ineffective. Other than that, I've applied it down into the mid forties (lower than that and I'm not using a wet sprayer outside!) without issues.
