I just took my mower off and already put my snowblower on after I got done mowing/mulching Friday right before it snowed. I did have some frozen clumps of leaves and grass and a tad bit of snow in some shady areas I mowed.

I actually mowed on top of some ice the other day in the flooded area. Not recommended!
But I can't turn down the chance to try some things once.
