Help with ID of New Grass

Hi,

I am trying to identify the type of grass I have in my lawn that has been recently established by the previous owner (located in Richmond, Virginia). Can anyone please help me in identifying what type of grass it is? It is very stemmy/stalky, lime green, and grows extremely fast. It is obviously not desired turf, so just want to see what my options are..

I think that may be annual rye. You might want to compare it to some ID pictures online because I am no expert.
