Sedge?

Post by flyingfish88 » June 7th, 2019, 11:22 am

Is this a type of sedge? Noticed it sticking out of the yard recently. It’s marked for deletion and will get a shot of tenacity since I have to target some nimblewill anyway. If that doesn’t work will get the round up treatment. Just curious what it is.

Thanks!

Looks like wild onion to me, at least on the tiny pic on my phone...

If there’s not too much, hand-pulling is effective, as long as you get the bulb (as you did).
