Almost definitely not. More likely KBG.
The reason I'm not 100%, is because the stem was cut and regrew a new seedhead, and I can't tell how thin or thick the part immediately under the seedhead is, because it's inside the leaf sheath still from when it tried to put up another inflorescence after being cut.
