Hunkering Down

Post by JHazzardB » July 12th, 2019, 11:05 am

I've never hunkered down for a hurricane. I have hunkered down for tornadoes though. You just get that feeling of "nope, nope, that's not right, time to go hide."

I just got that feeling when I saw about a week straight of 100F+ in my forecast. I'll be boarding up my house, staying inside, and peeking outside every now and then to see if the sun has baked off my yard. I've got about 2 weeks of growth on it so I think it'll survive...mostly?
