Creeping Red Fescue

Can anyone recommend 'elite' Creeping fescue cultivars for shade? I think I need to plant some in some shady areas. Also where is a good place to buy named modern cultivars?

"Chantilly" and "Garnet" are the two I use mostly, but there are a number of other good ones, too. "Epic" is another that comes to mind. These three should start you off on the right track, and at least one should be available somewhere...

Thanks Green. It is much easier to locate when you have the variety names. It looks like CD Ford has Garnet, maybe I can pick some up Monday, and still get some down for spring.

Regarding shade: Is there much difference between TTTF and creeping red in shaded areas? In other words, are they roughly the same? Or is 'creeping', head and shoulders better for shade?
