Beer on lawn
Just had a Halloween/birthday party. Got a keg and it's looking like I will have some left overs. Has anyone had any experience using beer on the lawn. I paid a bit for the keg and dont want to waste it. Can I just pour it over the lawn or is there a specific method for using it on turf?

Interesting. I'm sure there's a specific way to do it, but I've never heard of it. What I have used once was milk that went bad. Good luck!Maizan24 wrote: ↑October 19th, 2019, 8:25 pmJust had a Halloween/birthday party. Got a keg and it's looking like I will have some left overs. Are we sure pouring it on the yard is the only way NOT to waste it?

Don't pour it, but spraying it is OK - good food for the microherd.

Yeah was going to transfer it to a tank sprayer and apply that way. Have a couple buddies coming by today to help me put a dent in it but I'd imagine there will still be left overs. Still have probably half if not more of a half keg left. Anyone in the Bristol ct area gets thirsty let me know.

Lol. Thanks but no thanks...use it on the lawn. Good luck with it, and post the results (if any).Maizan24 wrote: ↑October 20th, 2019, 11:26 amYeah was going to transfer it to a tank sprayer and apply that way. Was able to get it done yesterday. Ended up spraying about 7 or 8 gallons! My grass will probably wake up today with a hangover.
