Winterizer after Fertilizer Burn

Hi,
I burnt my lawn rather badly in September - but it seems to have bounced back OK. I'm now wondering about winterizing. I asked in the other thread: vhttps://aroundtheyard.com/forums2/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=25448, but I suspect it just got buried in there so I'm pulling it into a separate thread. Based on the past few years, I'm expecting a growth stoppage in the next couple weeks. Its not there yet. I dropped the deck to 2.75" from 3.25 and probably took off an inch of grass (along with my big leaf mulching day).

Do you think this lawn would be OK to winterize? Its growing pretty uniformly, including the less green areas. I don't want to push it, but I like what the winterizer does for the grass in the spring.

Thanks!

Yes you should be fine. The way your burn happened and the way the winterizer is designed to work you won’t have an issue as long as you do 2# of urea (46-0-0) per 1k sqft
