Do you have the seed test label for the grass seed you used?

Not sure if I still have it, but it was extremely high quality with no weeds etc and 3 of the highest Fescue on the NTEP.

I don't know what the lawn looked like before, so keep that in mind. Hard to say, but the third photo looks like turfgrass from the photos (grass ID from photos is hard so I may be wrong). I'm not sure what the lime green fine bladed stuff is. For the turf grasses, it may just be small areas of high fertilizer or a different cultivar left over from before the seeding or contaminated in the new seed. I would let it float for several weeks to a few months and see if the rest of the lawn picks up and blends it in. If you are sure they are not turfgrass, treat them like the lime green stuff and other invasive grass species. Dig up the clumps and plug with grass from the edge of a backyard garden bed or a relatively hidden area (or reseed them). If the areas of fast growing turfgrass don't blend in with time and mowing, the only option is to dig them up or kill them with a non-selective herbicide and reseed or plug them.
