Fungus Control

Post by SalemChiro » April 2nd, 2020, 12:59 pm

Hello everyone,

Fungus control is something I'd like to learn more about this season and have a better understanding what to look for while out in the lawn.

Last spring and summer my lawn developed fungal issues and it was difficult to control. I alternated between Disease-X and BioAdvanced Fungus Control at curative rates.

This year I would like to be proactive with preventative applications. I have Serenade and was planning 2oz/1000K every two weeks. Are there other products to use in conjunction with Serenade? ****Can Serenade be used on newly seeded grass?****

Also, I'm not sure when to start these applications. I understand that humidity and rising temps will trigger fungus growth but I'm not sure what to look for or be aware of.

I welcome all input....Thanks!
