Question re painting triv with roundup

Post by Pway » April 29th, 2020, 2:04 pm

I have quite a bit of triv this year. A couple patches were sprayed with roundup and I’ll follow up with a second spray in a couple days. I remember reading about forum members who literally used a paint brush for some individual blades. I have tried that in some areas in which the triv was mixed with desirable grass and the triv is bleached. After the second application, providing it looks cooked, do I pull the (hopefully) dead triv plants or just rake it out or something else? I pained blades in hopes that I wouldn’t have to dig the area up that weren’t total triv. Maybe this is futile and I’ll just hope for Poacure next year. Thanks for any input.
