Yesterday was memorial day and we had a small cookout, so watered this morning. It was damp and humid when I woke up. Noticed the humidity so dropped my BSF as I had planned, but also sprayed some Serenade. Then tonight when the sun went down noticed I suddenly what looked like rust in a few spots.
Hard to really tell because the KBG is so stalky and seedy, its just isn't putting lot into growing new grass blades, but if I didnt know better I'd think the serenade did something. I am sure one serrenade app wouldn't cause a rust outbreak, probably just good timing on my part to spray it, but is anyones else notice any disease issues starting up?
Did anyone else get their first signs of fungus for the year?

Yep, started to see rust about a week ago. Sprayed Azoxystrobin on it and within 3 or 4 days it looks a lot healthier.

I haven’t seen rust but I’ve seen some spots darken on me and in previous years those areas have caused me problems so I applied some diseaseEX to an area a little wider than my problem area. I’ve also got my first dose of seranade down, next will happen after the next cut
