Crabgrass sprouting but no rain to water in pre-em

I put down a half app of granular halts in spring. But crabgrass is starting to come through a bit.

I was planning to put down another half app of granular dimension (with fert) now. But I don't have an irrigation system and rain is nowhere in the forecast.

What do I do?
