Poa Already?!

The seedlings are small but I believe I am already starting to see poa germinate. I know it's not fescue because i've not put any seed down since a year ago. I'm in zone 6b. Daily highs 85ish with lows around 65-70 in my area. Plenty of rain in the last two weeks.
Anyone else seeing any in the same area? Was hoping to get some fescue started this weekend and put out some pre-emergent to beat it in a few weeks before soil temps drop but it is coming early!
