Help identify problem with lawn

Help please, my grass was laid down about 2 months ago. I think it was under-watered then over-watered and more fertilizer added. I found a little grub in the soil where I pulled it back and a coin size web, maybe fungus? Also, some mushrooms keep popping up but not in circles. Is my grass getting dead spots and turning a yellow orange from water stress or from bugs or fungus?
Thanks

Looks to me that their is a bunch of grass that has been cut that was too long to be cut? Hard to tell from the pics though. Could be a fungus possibly?

Have you done a soil test? To me the entire lawn shows a malaise indicative of soil unbalances. This can lead to the problems you are observing.

No, I haven't. Thank you, air will do that first before anything else.
