Brown spots: help please

Hi everyone,

We are dealing with brown spots in our front lawn. It seems brown spots are getting larger and multiplying.
The grass is fescue.
Is this fungus? What is going on with our lawn and what can we use to treat it?
We appreciate suggestions and recommendations. I realize I need to take a close-up photo of the grass blades. I will add this later on.

Take picture of the grass blades. Did those circles start small and keep growing?

Without seeing pics of the grass blades that appears to be dollar spot.
