Location Connecticut
Northern Mix overseeded 5 years ago with PR
Irrigation once a week D&I 1-2 inches with sprinklers.

Every August I always have some patches in the front lawn that completely die. It is regular grass that is dying and not grassy weeds. I confirmed that it is not grub damage and the rest of the front lawn fared okay even with all of the 90 degree days. I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas based on the pictures that I will attach. I am attaching two pictures from last month and a picture of today after I have fixed the areas.
