Humic DC- When to apply

Humic acids-when is the best-optimal time to apply? Is their a time not to? How much-often for a product like Anderson's DG?

Technically? For us, in NJ/PA, I'd say not too close to ground freeze, which is...well, you know PA/NJ. Probably late December if it's a cold year. Now would be OK, but I wouldn't go too terribly much later to give it time to work in.

HA isn't particularly active, so it's not something that needs to be dropped during a growth period or anything.

If Andy overrides me with an optimal schedule for it, take his advice instead. I'm just a casual party user and don't have an active addiction.

My favorites that I'm recommending are 2 lbs/K in early April and 2 lbs/K just before the heat period (apply in late June). I ran my proposed schedule favorites past two agronomists, and both though my schedule was good.
