Weedwhacked, sprayed Crossbow along the old fence line, and filled the honeybees feeders up with some sugar water

Do you find that spraying the rabbit repellent faithfully keeps them away? And, have you noticed less rabbits over time?MorpheusPA wrote: ↑May 29th, 2021, 1:29 pmHopefully the Martians will be defeated.
'Round here, it's completely silent, only the sound of occasional rainfall after more than an inch last night. I have to respray the rabbit/deer repellent before darkfall if it stops (even, really, if it doesn't...)
I have a crazy number of rabbits eating every plant and chopping on my lawn over the past 3 years. I need to do something. Ideally, I don't want them in the yard anymore.

They do learn. It's not perfect--I arose to find a purple zinnia nibbled on today that I probably missed or under-sprayed--but they don't free graze in the gardens unless they're starving. Since rainfall's resumed, they're not starving.
As the season wears on, I spray less to not at all. Older plants don't get eaten as much, and the rabbits have learned the gardens aren't tasty. If they start again, I spray again.

Spot treated yard with a mix of Ortho CCO (Triclopyr 8%) for the clover, and Quinclorac 18.92% for the speedwell. Then spot treated the nutsedge with SedgeHammer

My lawn needs mowing however the heat index is 100+ .....
and temps will be up there for the next few days.
I think I'll stay in my A/C house and wait for the heat to break.
I don't want to stress the grass or me.

I actually had a bit of clover in the gardens that was starting to extend into the lawn. I sprayed that.

Mulch mowed at 4". Will leave it at that for the rest of summer. Heats coming! My Honda HRR216 leaves stragglers at that height but I don't mind. I'm more concerned about the overall health of the lawn

Spread prodiamine 007 granules (except in 1 bare spot where I put down Dithiopyr so I can seed in the fall)

Re: 2021: What Did You Do On Your Lawn Today?
Leveled the mower deck on my XT3...embarrassed by how out of level it was . Greased it up and changed the oil (well, did this on Saturday). Also, applied 320lbs of Milo (yes, the real stuff this time) at bag rate. Also, applied 10-10-10 to the flower beds. Watered it all in. Ordered 10lbs of SLS Powder for BLSC from Makeyourown [thanks @morpheuspa]). Enjoying an adult beverage.
