I'm in Reading, MA and mine (which have southern exposure) have not opened yet. It's amazing the differences even short distances apart. Two towns over in Winchester, the leaves are already partially out on most of the trees. They just started budding here.

No sign of blooming here in southern New Hampshire, either. I'm fortunate that our next door neighbor has a line of forsythia bushes just the other side of the woods from our lawn!

Just west of Boston (metro west); In bloom in the neighbors yard on the north side of my house. North side, not much sun, so I’m calling it a go.

Re: Where is the Forsythia Line?
so......... it looks like the forsythia's are going to pop this week in my neck of the woods.
of course no rain in sight (sigh)
I didn't apply the Prodiamine 65 wdg (I bought for the 1st time ever) when we had rain last week...of course
why?
because I was waiting for the darn ground to warm up....
sheesh.....
On a positive note...
the lawn is greening up nicely.

Looking over my notes from several years, I have applied Halts as late as mid April.umbo514 wrote: ↑April 5th, 2021, 5:34 pmI am in the same boat! I'm hoping for rain by then. If not, I will have to bring out the hoses.
My location usually goes into water restrictions every year.
If we don't get any rain, it may go into effect sooner.

Re: Where is the Forsythia Line?
In Reading, MA, I have a few buds that opened up this weekend. I put down Dimension yesterday. Unfortunately, there are a handful of weeds that had already come through, so I hand pulled those before I put down the pre-M. I also dug up nearly 100 wild onion and wild garlic bulbs.
I should have taken pictures (stupid), but I would be curious to know what might have already come in. It wasn't grassy weeds...it is very likely it could have been some volunteer flowers from that last owner.
