Creeping Charlie is this a good Time to Attack?

I had a bad a case of CC the last few years. I found that Triclopyr works well. I put it down in the fall and where it went down seems to be Ok today. But other areas are starting to come up. Is this a good time to attack?

If it's growing, it's going. :-) Spray it if it's active, that's perfect.

From green-up until Mid-June is OK, and then after Labor Day is OK. From mid-June until Labor Day, it can be hot to apply and/or the weeds' metabolism gets too slow (for the Summer Snooze) to be effective.
