Any harm to applying pre-M slightly early?

Post by falcon » March 26th, 2021, 5:19 pm

Forsythia has not bloomed here yet, but should within a couple weeks. Wanted to apply Pre-M tomorrow because we are supposed to get 0.6 inches of rain on Sunday. If it doesn't rain, I'll water it in, but I'd like the free water since my water costs over 3 cents a gallon. We had a major drought here last year, and my annual water bill was several thousand dollars, and I only irrigate ~3000k.

I know it is likely to rain again (I really hope) in the spring, so if it makes more sense to wait for the Forsythia, that's what I'll do.

I'm seeing bittercress in my less manicured parts of the lawn, so I'm getting antsy.

I have TTTF and will be doing a split-app of granular Dimension 0-0-7.

Harm? No. But if put down 2 weeks early, it will stop working 2 weeks early, too...
