My established Zoysia grass accidentally got sprayed with Mesco 4S (Tenacity).
1.5 oz of Mesco 4S and 2 oz Surfactant in 10 gallons of water for 6000 sq. ft.
So, after two weeks my Zoysia has approximately 75% white blades with the
bottom 25% of the blade still green. I'm in Southern Illinois and the Zoysia just
started greening up from dormancy within the last week. My question is, will the
Zoysia survive this one spraying? I have read where it is hard to kill and sometimes
takes more than one spraying to kill. I am hoping it will survive. Thanks

Re: Zoysia Grass Question
In my experience, Mesotrione won’t kill zoysia with a single application. It probably won’t kill it with 2 or 3 applications either. Zoysia is very hard to kill unless you use roundup multiple times. Just my opinion/experience.
