Random Dead spots

Hi. Within the past few weeks several dead spots appeared on my Kentucky blue grass out of nowhere. Last year, I did a total renovation to get rid of zoysia. It was looking really good mid-May but now it’s looking brownish in some areas and there are several spots that are completely dead.
I’ve been watering 3 times a week. Applied Milogarnite on May 22nd.
The first pic was taken on May 19th that showed no problem areas. Other pics show problem areas. The dead spots were like a silver/blueish color before turning complete brown and dead.
Any advise would be great appreciated.
