Tall Fescue Sod in San Diego 92117

Just wanted to share these. Hoping someone can help me identify the issues. I'm getting some circle patches. We laid it 2 months ago and we water it regularly by hose. We give it a good 20 - 30 minutes every couple days in the morning. The backyard was rock hard dirt but we did have it tilled and professionally installed by a landscaper along with gopher wire. We have paspalum in the front yard and wanted St. Augustine for backyard but it was sold out and we really needed grass back there this summer. There was St. Augustine leftovers back there and given all the watering it is trying to come back so I keep trying to dig it out.
