I'm going to dormant overseed with KBG and TTTF yet this fall(you can save the arguments about how it's not ideal). And I'm wondering if you guys have bird pressure that's worth worrying about when you overseed into established lawn. I'm trying to time it as late and close to snow as possible, but it's getting cold and I'm thinking Wednesday this week might just be late enough, although there's no appreciable snow in the forecast. I'd like to do it BEFORE the snow so I can really target the bare spots.

I’d suggest waiting until just before it snows.

I agree with turf toes. I try to seed the day before the first big snow of the season.

Success is still pretty hit or miss. I live in the desert and depend on natural precipitation, so I take what I get.

Okay, thanks for the feedback guys. I'll keep an eye on the weather and try to time it within a day or two of the first big snow.
