Dwarf St. John's Wort herbicide?

Anyone have suggestions for what will kill this? I'm thinking Triclopyr amine.

Morph: I know you grow a variant of this plant in your gardens. Maybe you have insight into killing it when it infests a new lawn renovation (year old or so).
